Our client from the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a experienced Employer Branding Lead/Manager who is ready to develop, lead and implement employer brand and attraction strategies for one of worlds biggest and fastest growing biomedical companies and its subsidiaries across the Europe – Middle East – Africa (EMEA) region. In this role YOU will be representing EMEA region on global level in identifying the best employer branding and talent access strategies for our client.

Attractive, diverse and creative role

  • Develop an attraction strategy in collaboration and alignment with the company’s Employer Branding, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion corporate strategy
  • Lead the development of an annual attraction campaign (led by regional demand plans) liaising with the regional talent acquisition leads, the global talent engagement team and communications teams, handling the correspondent budget
  • Develop roadmap to establish a holistic digital brand experience and measurable impact on our position as an employer of choice, collaborating with Content Lab and digital technology team in strategy development
  • Benchmark outstanding digital marketing plans across industries to identify and integrate innovative digital technologies
  • Lead the EMEA channel strategy including execution of EMEA level channels (i.e. social) and support the activation of our employer brand across these channels
  • Manage performance of our key marketing channels ensuring a strong focus on ROI
  • Collaborate with the EMEA diversity lead to shape attraction strategies that will enable our client to improve diversity of hires across all levels
  • Lead the regional implementation of Talent Relationship Management (TRM) tool
  • Drive enhancements that positively improve candidate NPS
  • Play as regional SPOC vs global team on RPO/RPI solutions
  • Manage directly one person and coordinate internal squad and customized project teams

What will you need to succeed?

  • 5+ years of work experience mainly within Employer Branding, Digital Marketing, HR, Consultancy areas
  • Sound previous experience with designing employer branding strategy and it’s full execution end to end
  • Previous experience from large international corporate company working for wider region is a big plus
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and effectively implementing regional and local attraction strategies to identify diverse talent pools
  • Proficient level of English spoken and written
  • Other languages are welcome as well
  • Solid understanding of media strategy and execution, including also social media
  • Strong project management skills – ability to lead project end to end
  • Proven success as project and people lead
  • Proven experience with content and web measurement/ analytics and translating insights into actions
  • Ability to be a strong team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment
