For our client, a significant international company with its SSC based in Prague, we are looking for suitable candidates for a role Customer Service Representative with Spanish and English.

Your new role
The main goal at this position is customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for customer order management. It includes processing all orders and customer requests accurately and on time. You will provide the customers with needed information about the products and follow up the order.

What you'll need to succeed
Suitable candidate should have at least 1 year of previous experience in a customer service. We are seeking for communicative person with good time management skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. Another European language can be an advantage. Previous working experience with SAP and excel can be also a plus.
